3D11, B8, E6, E10, G9Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified β-subunit of cholera toxin.

Specificity:

β-subunit of cholera toxin.All MAbs react with cholera toxin. MAb 3D11 reacts also with E. coli heat labile enterotoxin.

MAb Isotypes:

IgG1 for MAbs 3D11, B8, G9IgG2a for MAbs E6, E10

Applications:

Detection of cholera toxin in ELISA.MAb E10 works also in Western blotting.
